I have done various business and social media workshops with Hazel over the years. Some were generic such as Mail Chimp and Blog writing, others were on a 1-2-1 basis and more specific to my business, such as Facebook advertising and Google Business. Hazel makes things clear and easy to implement

Hazel is a really good teacher. I had an hour lesson with her looking at our website. She had prepared in advance, and structured the lesson to suit our needs and she wrote up the notes from the lesson afterwards. Hazel's preparation for the lesson was targeted to issues with our website and I was taught exactly what I needed. Also, the follow up notes were very useful; I could cross reference them with my notes, when implementing her suggestions, which really helped. She has a patient and calm manner and even when I may not have used the correct technical language, Hazel was able to answer my questions and keep the lesson focused on the important issues. As the algorithms change on a regular basis, I imagine we will continue to need tuition to maintain our websites visibility and we will definitely use Hazel in the future.
