I have a BA English degree (upper 2:1) from the University of Exeter. I have a year’s worth of experience tutoring English with KS3 and GCSE pupils. I am passionate about social mobility and helping others, and am interested in going into teaching in the future.

My teaching technique is personal and friendly. I am very understanding and encouraging with all students and I am passionate about students gaining confidence and progress in their abilities. I assess each student in their first lesson, discussing where their difficulties lie. From then on, lessons are tailored to their ability, level, and their learning needs and desires.
