About Priscilla
Hi! My name is Priscilla, and I’m a dedicated and friendly student with 3 years of tutoring experience. I enjoy helping students understand difficult concepts and feel more confident in their abilities. I am patient, attentive, and always willing to explain things in different ways until they make sense.
I am a strong student who has been on the Honor Roll for three consecutive years, and I am especially strong in Math. I work with students in Grades 1–6 and can help with homework, assignments, studying, and test preparation.
As a student myself, I understand that math can sometimes feel challenging or overwhelming. My goal is to create a comfortable and positive learning environment where students feel supported and encouraged to succeed.

My lessons are designed to make math simple, engaging, and easy to understand. I adapt my teaching to each student’s level and focus on explaining concepts step-by-step rather than just giving answers.
A typical lesson starts by reviewing what the student already knows and identifying areas they need help with. We then work through examples together before practicing problems independently. I can help with homework, assignments, studying, and test preparation.
I focus mainly on arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and basic trigonometry, with lessons designed for students from Kindergarten to Grade 6. My goal is to help students strengthen their skills while becoming more confident and independent in math.
