About Charis
I am a nursing graduate from University of East Anglia, and I am now studying medicine at Queen Mary University of London in Malta. I am confident in tutoring Maths, Biology, and Chemistry as I got A*s in these subjects for my IGCSEs. I then further studied all three of these subjects at higher level for my IB diploma. As I studied nursing and currently studying medicine, I am studying anatomy and physiology more in-depth. I enjoy tutoring younger people and this started with my sister asking me to help her during her two years of studying IGCSE. I look forward to meeting and teaching any of my future students.

My lessons will be for GCSE students who are struggling to understand the content or questions of the subject. The lessons will typically be around 1-2 hours long. First lesson will be used to understand the student’s learning needs. Further lessons will use different approaches that suit the student, including visual and auditory learning, etc. Use of past paper questions will be frequent to help students practise and get familiar with the exam question types. Most importantly, I will have lots of patience for students as I explain to them and answer any questions.
