About Riley
Riley Nottingham is an actor and artist perhaps best known for starring as Tom in four seasons of Toybox (Seven Network) and Dr Langdon Marsh in two seasons of Metro Sexual (Nine Network and OUTtv). Originally from Brisbane, Australia and now living in sunny Los Angeles!
Riley has created, written, composed for, produced and starred in three TV series and four seasons under the Humdrum Comedy banner including: We are Darren and Riley (Screen QLD, ZPTV), Hitstroke FM (TVNZ, Virgin Australia) and Metro Sexual (Nine Network, Virgin Australia) seasons 1 & 2, as well as live theatrical productions of Ben Schiffer’s acclaimed His Ghostly Heart and the Australian professional premiere of Gilligan’s Island: The Musical - both of which garnered 5 star reviews.
Other stage credits include Tim in Every Second (Wit Inc.) The Full Monty (The National Theatre Melbourne), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (The Lawler, MTC) and Out of the Blue (Claypot’s).
His debut feature as actor and producer 'Strange Creatures' had its world premiere preview at Cannes 2024.

I have auditioned thousands of times, I still audition every single day, I have been a series regular and the lead in a musical - and I use all this experience to help you to feel confident, empowered and (seriously - above all!) able to have a really fun time putting down the self tape or going into the room.
My audition coaching sessions are for all experience levels.
I will typically give you my strong opinions and of course - you don't have to follow what I say! - I am a graduate of the Queensland Actors Playhouse and am a big fan of not talking about 'technique'.

Whether it's an audition for theatre/film/TV or you want additional coaching sessions for your school performance or class work, Riley has the patience to work with people of different abilities. He is welcoming, friendly and professional and displays so much knowledge and enthusiasm at every lesson. Riley's lessons are never boring!
I would highly recommend this online acting program with Riley. My daughter really enjoys it and likes connecting with children from all over the country online, while learning performance skills directly from someone with real life on-screen experience.
