About Amelia
By the age of 4, I had already been exposed to three languages, which is why learning languages has been a passion of mine, and they have always come very easy to me. Bringing languages to others - teaching and explaining how they work - was the natural next step!
I moved to Germany in 2009 after my bachelor in French Language and Literature and a minor in German to teach English in a German high school, which was a true pleasure!
I prepared lesson plans and taught classes on a variety of topics and organized extracurricular conversation sessions for the students where they can practice their skills in a more relaxed atmosphere.
I have also taught classes to adults in various companies and also have experience tutoring online.
I also offer tutoring for German and translation (DE-EN), editing/proofreading (EN).

As a native English speaker from Canada, I have been living in Germany since 2010 where I gained much experience in teaching English as a second language to elementary and high school students, as well as adults.
