About Rishi
I’ve been playing drums for years and I take teaching seriously, even though I keep the vibe friendly and easy to learn in. I’m patient, I show up prepared, and I pay attention to the small details that help someone actually improve. Students usually tell me they feel comfortable asking questions, which is something I really care about. I want anyone who learns with me to feel supported, encouraged, and pushed just enough to grow without feeling overwhelmed. I keep my drum lessons pretty relaxed so you can focus on actually enjoying the instrument. We usually start with the basics like grip, timing, and simple grooves, then build up to the styles you’re excited about. I mix technique work with fun songs so you never feel stuck in drills. My approach works well for beginners who want a solid start and for players who already know a bit but want to level up their feel and consistency. If you learn best with clear steps, patience, and a bit of laughter mixed in, you’ll fit right in.
