About Siddhi
A friendly first-class chemistry graduate from the University of Nottingham. I have always enjoyed maths and chemistry and achieved an A for both A-level qualifications. I enjoy my degree as I can explore maths further as well as learning about chemistry in depth. I study maths modules at university and find them really interesting and it helps to fuel my passion for maths. I helped out in maths lessons for the younger years during my free periods during sixth form and so have experience in tutoring. I believe that everyone can learn maths with the right help and with someone who enjoys the subject themselves, I hope to be that person for the student and want to help them achieve the best they possibly can. I hope that through my tutoring I can help A-level students and GCSE and make their journey through year 11, 12 and 13 a little bit easier during the stressful time that it already is.

I would like to start off by getting to know you a little bit in order to see what you would like to achieve in the future and what your goals are in terms of grades and what university you want to go to. If you are currently doing your GCSEs, I would try and understand what grade your teachers in school expect you to achieve and then what you would like to achieve and what you need to achieve your desired A-levels. I would go through a maths paper with you depending on what year you are in; the maths paper would vary, just to see what you are best at and what needs a little bit more work, and then we can spend some time going through the things you find difficult and different methods to help you understand the topic better e.g. exam questions, worksheets, presentations etc. A regular session would then consist of going through exam questions as the best way to learn maths, in my opinion, is through practice. As cliché as it sounds, it really is true! We can then work on anything that causes you an issue in detail through practice worksheets, presentations, practice questions etc.
