About Irtifa
I am Irtifa Zaman. I am from Bangladesh, a beautiful South Asian country. I am working as Research Programmes administrator at the University of Kent. I have completed my master's in International Relations. My hobbies are reading books, dancing and watching sports. I have worked as a teaching assistant in the primary and secondary schools of the UK and now working as a private tutor to the students of similar level. I am a friendly person. I do listen to others issues and if they need/want any suggestions I try to give them.
I enjoy teaching as I love the presence of children and young minds. I really like to exchange views with my students and listen to their opinion about any topic. Moreover I enjoy company of creative people and children seem to me very creative. That's why I love to teach them what I know and eventually I come to learn many new things.

I do teach usually for 1-1.30 hour. When I finish a lesson, I ask my student if he/she can make me understand what he/she have understood. In this way it's easy to figure out how much I am able to engage the student with the lesson. We do memorize the lesson together in any other day in the week. This method helps the student to learn and grow more knowledge about the topic. My previous students were benefitted from this learning method.
