About Ilina
I am a highly driven individual with extensive experience in working with students, ranging from primary through to sixth form. I have a comprehensive insight into cultural awareness with the ability to motivate, influence and enthusiastically assist people of all backgrounds and age groups. I have a strong passion for helping others achieve their personal goals and gain immense satisfaction in being able to motivate them and help them through their journeys. Being a third year medical student, I have used many study techniques to help me achieve the position of a medical student and teaching others using such techniques and advising them, I believe, will greatly benefit them. I have worked with students with behaviour issues and have tailored my tutoring technique to ensure they feel confident and comfortable learning from me. By keeping sessions as interactive as possible, asking many questions throughout my teaching I ensure the students are constantly engaged and are able to track their progress through constant questions and practice with myself. Overall, I am a resilient individual with a strong desire to inspire and help others learn to the best of their ability, with over 6 months of tutoring experience in a new academy school and experience in helping others with university applications- setting up mock interviews and offering personal statement help- I believe I have all the necessary skills to help students of any age.
