Hi, my name is Manju. I am a committed and tolerant tutor who likes teaching and making students comprehend their lessons in a better way.
Though I still do not have a formal teaching experience, I have been involved in teaching my younger siblings at home by offering guidance to their studies, and assisting them in their comprehension of the subjects, particularly the English, Perniagaan and Tamil. I have learned through this experience how to present concepts in a plain and understandable manner depending on the level of the student.
In my academics, I got Grade A in English, Perniagaan and Tamil which gives me the confidence of directing students, at least up to the primary and lower secondary level.
In teaching, I am oriented to:
Breaking down issues into stages.
Through easy examples that the students can identify with.
Assessing comprehension by administering practice questions.
Patient and encouraging, more so with weaker students.
Personality wise, I am amiable, carefree and approachable. I also communicate effectively to children and ensure that the students are not afraid of asking questions. I think that any student may be a better one with proper help and advice.
I will ensure that the students gain confidence in their studies and draft improved results.
