About Yusra
Hi, I’m Yusra! I’m a 3rd year Medical student with an O/A Levels background, and teaching Maths is something I genuinely enjoy. I especially love the moment when a student goes from “I can’t do this” to solving a question independently. I’ve had the opportunity to teach students following American and Canadian curricula, which has helped me become flexible in adapting my teaching style. I’m patient, approachable, and believe that a good tutor should make students feel comfortable enough to ask questions, make mistakes, and keep trying. For me, teaching isn’t just about better grades—it’s about helping students realise they’re capable of more than they think.
