About Chu
Every painting has its own emotions and stories behind it, but the well-known works from masters such as Van Gogh and Picasso, the secrets could be too familiar to be discovered.
From my natural interest in drawing as a kid, to the systematic and professional training at the Academy of Fine Arts, then many years of freelance work as an artist in the contemporary art environment, the diversity of art forms has made traditional painting skills seem even more valuable.
The relationship between teacher and friend is also my favourite, the art is never boring, and the process of learning art will also be enjoyable. Starting from the simplest painting to in-depth, I am looking forward to it, how about you?

With more than 10-year-experience as an art instructor, I have had a studio with students from multiple ages, including students who are between 5-18 years old and their parents who are interested in art. Through viewing the paintings of renowned masters to learn the classic techniques of oil painting and the interesting stories behind the works, we will explore the similarities and differences between classical art and contemporary creative art together and inspire more interest in diving into the art of life.
