Nana Abena’s knowledge spans a wide range of baking styles, ensuring her students have a well- round education in baking. She’s also patient, making her students comfortable to ask questions and seek guidance.

She is diligent in her work. She has a good human relation and the patience to make sure you understand baking to the last bit. To her, she is just not teaching you how to bake but then also embodies the definition of what baking truly entails.
