About Dipakshi
I am a college student in the United States studying in a liberal arts college. I graduated high school from Mahindra United World College in Pune, India with an International Baccalaureate diploma.
With my continuing exposure to conflict resolution, public speaking, stressful decisions, I am keenly interested in learning about and teaching helpful methods to manage stress, use tools to learn about inter-personal and personal conflict and become a good public speaker.

I start with the baseline that everyone is aware of their mind and body. Thus, many of us have devised ways of thinking, acting and communicating. I divide new concepts into different weeks and the lessons from each week builds on the previous ones.
I use handouts, mental exercises, one-on-one verbal training and weekly reviews to simplify the content and to make it memorable.
