About Kate

2011-2014: Intensive full body preparation for future models within the program which combines basic barre exercises of classic dance (adapted specifically for any amateur) to dry the fat and tone muscles throughout the body
2013-2014: Participation in fashion shows 2009-2015: Latin ballroom dance, participation in pro-am gold level competitions.
Training since 2018, individual and for mini-groups (3-4 people, mostly women 18-35).

The workout begins on the floor (we would need the mat a little thicker than a yoga mat (preferable) if not a classic yoga mat is okay) with active stretching of all the ligaments (neck, shoulders, arms, back, hips, legs, feet) via the basic floor barre exercises. After the warm-up we attack each problematic area with mixing cardio and strength moves (front / back of the thighs, abs complex, triceps). Each exercise lasts one minute implying maximum effort and is followed by a recovery of 10 seconds. The first part is finished with active stretching again to avoid the bulky effect afterwards. There are 20 exercises in total on the floor (25 minutes).
The second part consists in barre exercises in the center (we don’t t need the actual barre) very basic, to work a little more on the beautiful line legs and arms as well as back muscles for the nice posture . (10 minutes).
The third and last part is the funnest! We learn the basics of Latin dance moves: either social latin dances (salsa, bachata) or ballroom latin dances (cha-cha-cha, rumba, samba, jive) - the goal is to have fun and enjoy the music rather than becoming a pro dancer! (25-30 minutes, if you have more advanced level, you can take the latin heels).
