About Teresa
Hi! My name is Teresa. I used to be a giant nerd (still am!) and never worked out. I decided to get fit in my mid-20's and now it's my job!
I LOVE all aspects of fitness, and want to pass on my passion to others. If you're nervous or don't feel ready - I know what that feels like! I work hard to make sure anyone who trains with me feels comfortable and supported in their fitness journey.

My sessions are 1 hour long, and cover everything from a warmup, and mobility, through to strength, cardiovascular and "toning".
I have been a Personal Trainer for 4 years. I am a competing powerlifter, and make calisthenics (handstands, pushups, skill work etc.) my accessory work to keep my workouts fun and interesting!
I teach mostly adults who want to bring out their inner kid again, whether they have a background in some sports, or have never worked out before.
