Laura, supported my daughter to develop her art portfolio, and she was successful in her application to art college. Laura is an excellent art tutor and is up-to-date in current trends. My daughter and I experienced Laura as being trustworthy, patient, talented and well informed.

I hired Laura as a tutor to get me back into art. She was fantastic. What I found most impressive was her proficiency across multiple mediums. She taught me life drawing, ceramics, plaster casting, lino print and acrylic painting. She is amazing and very patient. She never got frustrated and helped me to build back my artistic confidence.

I did one on one portfolio preparation classes with Laura last year and found them super helpful. At the time I wasn't sure if I would be going onto third level or a PLC so we worked on stuff that would be suitable for both. I ended up going with a PLC and got accepted to both courses I interviewed for. Both interviewers commented on how my portfolio was well developed and communicated my creative process well. Laura is easy to get on with and chat to while still keeping on you on track. I've never had another class where I can be that productive while still having great conversations. She works with your creative process and helps you improve it rather than trying to force her own ideas into you. I'd whole heartedly recommend Laura to anyone who needs help with portfolio prep.
