About Cameron
I have been described by parents, tutees, and students as friendly, motivating, well organised and determined. I constantly strive to improve myself in order for students and young adults to achieve the most they can, as well as develop holistically. In my teaching career, 75%+ of my Triple Physics students have achieved a grade 7+ each year. Every single of my tutees has achieved at least the grade they required at GCSE and at A level, if not exceeded it.

I can teach both virtually, or in person. I am very thorough in my planning and sequencing. I have a focus on accessing for learning at each stage of learning, as well as identifying and addressing potential misconceptions. I often set practice work for students to complete between sessions, and can be contacted between sessions to support on these pieces of work. I typically teach 60 minute lessons, but have taught up to 120 minutes in the past per lesson. I am a fully qualified Teacher of Science, with a PGCE from the University of Cambridge. I studied Physics at Newcastle University, achieving a 1st. I have over 4 years of teaching experience, as well as tutoring privately in that time. I have worked with students aspiring to achieve the top grade at both GCSE and A level, but also students who are looking to improve from a grade 3-4 to a required grade 5-7. My sessions are flexible in terms of their target, and I can pitch content to students in KS3, through to KS5 depending on the subject.
