About Abigail
I have been tutoring since I moved to Switzerland in 2012. I first started tutoring English as a foreign language and since then have worked as a Foreign Language Assistant in a British secondary school, tutored maths, English as a Foreign Language and French whilst living in Paris (where I achieved my Bachelor's Degree). When I moved back to the UK I taught in a British Secondary school as a fully qualified MFL teacher (PGCE awarded from Keele University) specialising in French, whilst also teaching Spanish and Health and Social Care up to GCSE level. After having my son, I changed roles and am now employed by a FE college as a personal tutor.

Throughout my time tutoring and teaching I've learnt that having a good rapport with my students is massively important. This enables me to figure out how to best teach different topics to different learners.
My usual sessions are for 1 hour but this is negotiable depending on individual need.
I tutor learners of any age and level, including those with additional learning needs.
