About Joe
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance and a post-graduate in International Trade.
I've taught K-12 Math at private schools, as well as University level courses for Statistics, Finance and Accounting.
My students always comment and appreciate how my approach to teaching math is different from the usual academic textbook. The results show in their level of interest for the subject and higher grades.

For the past 12 years I've been teaching students on how they can understand Math and relate the subject with real life situations, with a lot of examples and exercises that bring their reality into the studies. My tutoring is entertaining and engaging, and each session is tailored to progress at the student's pace. If a student can understand the importance of Math in life, improving grades is just a consequence.
My teaching is filled with real life examples from things I've experienced working in different industries. The classes are tailored to fit the students needs, profile, and objectives. My students always appreciate how fun and dynamic the lessons are, and they feel encouraged to bring questions and challenges to class.
