About EMILY
I studied Speech, Hearing and Communication Sciences at Indiana University. I am a licensed Speech Language Pathologist- Assistant (SLP-A). I have experience working with children and teenagers ages 3-15 years old. I worked in a special needs classroom as a Teacher's Assistant. As a caseworker, I tutored high school students as they earned online credits. Finally, as an SLP-A I provided services to children and adolescents with speech and language disorders.

I enjoy using the student's likes and interests as a teaching tool. This, in combination with their current curriculum is a great way to engage the students. Need help with homework? Bring it to our session. I also understand the importance of including one's family when determining and settings goals.
