About Sonya
With an achieved level 8 in GCSE Spanish, a B in Spanish A level, and currently studying Spanish at University in a dual degree with International Relations. Annually since a child I have stayed in Spain with family friends, hence I have made it a priority in my life to gain fluency in the language, being the second most spoken language in the world. I am keen to travel throughout South America and am currently studying Spanish as part of my dual degree at the University of Portsmouth. This has helped me gain an advanced understanding of the language and develop my skills which I have used when visiting countries such as Mexico. I believe I am a friendly outgoing individual who is able to patiently teach children step by step to ensure they will gain the same advanced understanding I have achieved. I truly care and will work with the students step by step, going over the areas they struggle with and practising the things they need to strengthen their skills.
