Fundamentals of Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Management Accounting lessons are now available.

I know Tshering as a colleague at Royal Thimphu College, a premier degree college in Bhutan. She is very professional, direct and objective person. she believes in production of targeted output. She believes in personal contact to solve any issues specific to clarification of doubts. she has good convincing skills. She has strengths in analysis of situation, find suitable alternatives and play with options to find the best solutions. She is very cooperative to work in a team and share knowledge with others.

Over the past six years at Royal Thimphu College, Tshering Pemo has been excellent in her teaching, indeed one of the best teachers we have:
1. She actively and effectively engages students.
2. She helps students understand why they are learning something, and hence motivates them and helps them understand how to apply concepts learned.
3. She guides students in understanding how quantitative techniques serve as tools to solve business and accounting problems (in contrast to having students blindly work through calculations).

Since Tshering is such an excellent teacher, the College has utilized her abilities in showing other teachers how to better teach quantitative courses, accounting courses and related subjects. In many ways she has served as a model for other teachers making a transition to more effective teaching methods, especially making better use of computers for solving business problems, establishing and maintaining accounting systems, and addressing new accounting issues.
