About Maryam

I have always had a passion for English Language and Literature. I am currently pursuing a career in psychotherapy. I value building student rapport and confidence, so helping students meet their targets, feel confident in class and achieve their desired GCSE grade is my goal.
A typical lesson would look like this:
A PowerPoint crafted based on your targets and priorities.
PowerPoints will include LO's, in depth explanations of concepts/ themes and interactive tasks.
Lessons will include a writing task practising your new knowledge. This may be a paragraph or a reading and annotating task. For example we may read through a scene of Macbeth, annotate it and write a short paragraph.
When you're ready, some lessons will consist of you writing a whole response with my help.
