About Jennifer
a Biomedical Sciences graduate currently training to become a Secondary Chemistry teacher. My passion for science comes from understanding how it applies to the real world, from human health to the discoveries that shape our everyday lives.
Throughout my studies and professional experience, I’ve developed a strong interest in helping others understand complex ideas and building confidence through clear explanations and support. I believe science should be engaging and accessible, rather than something students feel they simply have to memorise.
I’m passionate about creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing their understanding. My aim is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them feel more confident and enjoy science.

Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Biomedical Sciences graduate currently training to become a Secondary Chemistry teacher through a PGCE.
I offer friendly and supportive tutoring for students studying GCSE Science, GCSE Chemistry, and A-level Chemistry. I understand that science can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when topics become more complex, so my approach is focused on breaking concepts down into manageable steps and helping students build confidence.
Through my academic background in Biomedical Sciences and my teacher training, I have developed a strong understanding of scientific concepts and how to communicate them clearly. I aim to make lessons engaging, approachable, and tailored to each student’s individual needs.
