About Charlotte
Hi, I’m Charlotte. Currently studying veterinary medicine at University of Liverpool. I achieved a 9 in GCSE Biology and chemistry and an A* in A-Level Biology and an A in chemistry, and I know first-hand what it takes to succeed in exams. I’m passionate about helping students not just memorise facts, but actually understand biology and feel confident applying it in the exam hall. Having been through the new exam system myself this year, I know exactly what examiners are looking for and how to turn knowledge into marks. I’m reliable, organised, and approachable — students can feel comfortable asking any question, no matter how small. My aim is to build confidence and give every student the tools they need to reach their full potential.

Having completed my a levels this year I know first hand exactly what it takes to succeed at biology and chemistry. My Approach to Tutoring is Personalised & efficient – I focus on what you find tricky and break it down so it finally makes sense. Exam technique first – past papers, mark schemes & tips to turn knowledge into top grades. Lesson length – usually 1 hour, but flexible depending on what works best for you. Resources included – I’ll share revision methods, notes & strategies so you can study well even outside our sessions. Who’s it for? – GCSE & A-Level Biology and chemistry students (all exam boards) looking to boost grades, gain confidence, or aim for top marks. My goal is to make sure you don’t just rely on me – I want to give you the tools to smash biology on your own too!

I’ve been taught A-level Biology by Charlotte, and she is an excellent tutor. She explains difficult concepts really clearly and in a way that makes them much easier to understand. She always links topics back to the exam specification and gives helpful tips for answering questions, which has really boosted my confidence.
