About Harry
Hey, I’m Harry!
I’m currently an undergraduate Chemistry student at Imperial College London. My science journey has given me some unforgettable moments, from synthesising a molecule to be used as a fungal disease cure, to writing articles for SPECTRA and giving lectures on deadly poisons, it has never been dull. However, it hasn’t always been easy. During the first year of GCSEs (Year 10) I struggled to cope with the step up from previous years, with greater difficulty not just conceptually, but with the workload also. Having completed my GCSEs in 2024, the tricks to learn and traps to avoid are still fresh in my mind and I want to pass them onto the next generation of students who will face the same challenges I did :)

I take a personalised, diagnostic approach to teaching. Rather than immediately diving into content, I analyse past performances to identify specific weaknesses across individual topics and subtopics. We will then hone in on those weaker areas, rather than just diving straight into full past papers. Frequent and specific topic-based questions/tests are invaluable to integrating topics into full past papers.
