I am committed to personalising my lessons to individual learning styles. In maths and physics, as well as other sciences, I believe the thought process is just as important, if not more, than remembering the formulas and concepts. Thus, my approach is to give students any information they need and point them in the right direction. This way, they can problem solve for themselves and feel a sense of accomplishment. Showing one's thought process is also very important in Oxbridge interviews.
