About Navin
During my time in school I have come across many awful teachers in all honesty.
I believe teaching methods nowadays are quite boring and not as enticing as they should be. Kids are not able to engage and are easily distracted which is not good for learning. Alongside the ridiculous timetables children are given nowadays I believe anything more than about an hour a child’s concentration level starts to drop which is not suitable for effective learning. I’m here to try help others by offering them enticing, to the point and more engaging lessons.

In my lessons I aspire to be efficient yet effective. As a fellow student I understand there is nothin worse than sitting in a lesson for an hour or two and being bored. This is not a great way to learn. From my own experience I have found it better to have shorter sessions where you look at specific areas in a subject and try to perfect your understand of them rather than waffling on and not engaging wi Yh your full concentration. I also try to involve things I am interested in within my study which helps me to stay motivated to learn more and believe I can do this with students also by learning their interests and hobbies whilst I’m teaching them.
Usually my sessions will be for an hour, but I am flexible to do more or less as I believe it’s important as a tutor/teacher to work around the student. Sessions will normally be either late afternoon/ evening time or early in the morning as I am currently a student myself so I am occupied during school hours. However, I am always open to questions randomly throughout the day via message and will try my best to get back to as soon as possible.
