About Cathleen
Hi! I’m Cathleen, based in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. I’ve spent over 4 years working in customer service, collections, and healthcare billing for U.S. clients, mostly in dental and medical offices.
I started in call center work, then moved into medical collections, insurance verification, and dental billing and claims. Along the way I handled claims, benefits verification, payment posting, and appeals. I was recognized as a top performer in 2023 and 2025 for my accuracy and productivity, and my monthly collections averaged 95%.
One of my proudest moments was winning an appeal on a claim that had been unpaid for 3 years. It had been denied several times, and I filed the external appeal myself until it was finally paid.
I know how hard it is to start in this field because the terms, codes, and insurance rules can feel confusing at first. That’s why I teach in plain, simple words and with real examples from actual work, so you can learn faster and feel confident.

I’ve worked in dental billing and insurance for years, handling claims, insurance verification, payment posting, and appeals for U.S. dental offices. I was recognized as a top performer for my accuracy and productivity.
