About Hannah
I have been described as "eager" and "enthusiastic" and loved my time as a TA when I was in grad school. I taught for 6 semesters while I did my own coursework and research.
I enjoy working with people in many capacities. I regularly interacted with people at my last job, sometimes unexpectedly. I was always pleasant, communicated what I needed, and would make connections on sites to further foster professional relationships.

A typical lesson plan would go over the assigned homework, work through it, and then figure out weak points. From there, I would put together a presentation to go over the topic.
I have my B.S. and M.S. in a natural science (geology) and took 5 semesters of math courses for my B.S.
I was a TA for an intro geology lab in grad school. During this, I learned how to explain a concept in many different ways and how it can still take a bit of time for a new concept to be learned.
I taught in person and online, and I regularly jumped at the chance to help other students in my own courses and lab.
I would be best suited to teach older middle schoolers, high school students, and college students.
