About Adam
A current geologist PhD research student at Royal Holloway, University of London studying Critical Metal resource deposits in the UK . I have been a peer mentor throughout my own A-Levels and university helping younger students with their studies and academic life. I enjoyed these rewarding experiences and thus am looking to help more students with their development prior to or at university. I offer teaching and help with A-Level Geography or Geology alongside more specific geological focused private lessons to a more advanced level, up to masters.
My teaching style is personal and adaptive around the student. We will use a mixture of techniques from general revision to more interesting posters and creative styles to ensure the student can learn in their own way outside of the classroom, to then benefit them when they are back in it. PowerPoint presentations are not the only way a student can learn and this is what I aim to impress upon them.
