About Ritika
Hi! I'm a math tutor who loves helping students feel more confident and do better in their classes. I have a strong background in math and plenty of experience working with students at different levels. My goal is to make tricky topics easier to understand and help you feel ready for tests and homework.
I create a friendly space where you can ask any question without feeling embarrassed. I'm patient and will work with you until things click. You can count on me to be on time, prepared, and focused on helping you reach your goals.

I focus on making sure students really understand the basics before moving on. I start by figuring out what they're struggling with, then break things down into simple steps using examples from real life. A typical lesson starts with reviewing what we did before, learning one new thing together, and then practicing on their own to build confidence.
What makes me different is that I'm patient and flexible, I change how I explain things based on how each student learns best. I also focus on keeping them motivated by celebrating small wins.
My lessons are for high school and early college students taking algebra, geometry, or calculus, including those getting ready for tests or needing help with homework. I try to make math feel less scary and show them it's a skill they can get better at with practice.
