Simon is a fabulous tutor! As an actor, Simon has a special relationship with words, both in his native language German and in English. Simon’s English is impeccable, and whether you are American or English, there is essentially no language barrier when communicating with him. Simon has helped greatly with my pronunciation of German (one of the biggest hurdles for non-native speakers) as well as the nuance of idiomatic phrases and colloquialisms. Sites like duo lingo can be wildly helpful to get you started on a language, but there is really no substitute for practice with a native speaker. Simon is patient, kind, and a wonderful person to spend time with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to begin studying German, or improve their existing skills.
