I'm Ulrike—a passionate systemic business coach, project consultant, and language trainer. For over 30 years, I've worked in the corporate world, supporting international teams and assisting professionals and managers in challenging projects. Throughout all these years, I've witnessed how crucial effective communication is in determining whether someone merely "gets by" at work or truly makes a convincing impression.
