About Pablo
I’m Pablo, a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach from Spain, passionate about helping people build strong, healthy, and confident bodies. I hold international certifications in fitness, strength training, and nutrition, and have professional experience as a personal trainer in Ireland, working with clients of all fitness levels — from busy professionals to complete beginners.
I speak English, Spanish, and Italian, allowing me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Beyond training, I’m deeply passionate about science communication. I share weekly evidence-based fitness and nutrition posts on LinkedIn, and I’m also the author of several books on fitness and supplementation, helping others understand the “why” behind their training.

All sessions are fully personalized to your goals and fitness level.
Sessions take place at Club Lime (Casuarina), which provides all necessary gym equipment — you don’t need to bring anything except comfortable workout clothes, water, and a towel.
Prices depend on session length and package size; booking multiple sessions reduces the cost per session.
I also offer online coaching and nutrition guidance for clients who prefer training at home or remotely.
