About Daniel
I have been a math tutor for more than 30 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from UC Berkeley. More importantly, I enjoy helping students understand math concepts. I know there are numerous methods to solve any math problem. Students are different, and I work with each student to find the teaching method with which they are most comfortable. In addition to my experience as a math tutor, I now teach seminars that guide students in preparing for the SAT and the ACT.

I teach seminars that guide students in preparing for the SAT and the ACT. Specifically, I show students all of the following:
1. Different types of questions on the exam and how to answer them.
2. Strategies to stay on pace during the exam.
3. The most difficult types of questions and strategies to get these questions right.
4. How to recognize the most common wrong answers
5. Finally, I ensure that each student knows where to focus t
their efforts to improve their score as much as possible.
In conclusion, I give students the ability to improve their scores on any portion of the SAT or ACT with my tutoring combined with hard work studying and preparing for the exam.
