About Miriam
Welcome! I am an ESL tutor with over five years of experience helping college students and adults learn English. My lessons focus on practical communication skills that you can use immediately. I know learning a language can be difficult, so I create a friendly and supportive environment where you feel comfortable and motivated. My teaching style is interactive and student-centered. I use real-life examples and role-playing to practice speaking and listening skills. My ESL teaching method centers on combining clear, structured lessons with engaging real-life practice to build strong language skills and confidence. This makes learning practical and enjoyable.
With more than five years of teaching experience, I focus on motivating students by setting clear goals and celebrating progress. I believe students learn best when they feel encouraged and supported, so I create a positive and flexible learning environment. I adapt lessons to fit each student’s learning style, whether they prefer visual aids, listening, speaking, or writing exercises.
