About Froilan
I have been a fitness coach for clientele ~1 year, as for golf I’ve played since 10 years old and am confident in my ability to teach beginners how to swing a golf club. I’ve played high school competitive golf and junior competitive golf, and still play recreational golf today.

Practice does not make perfect..... PERFECT practice makes perfect! I want to teach individuals how to learn to practice the right way and again autonomy so that they can improve on their own! When it comes to instruction of any physical activity, creating the correct muscle movement patterns is essential in building muscle memory for sport-specific activities.
