About Myra
I bring over 3 years of teaching programming experience to help students achieve their goals in coding. I specialize in languages such as Python, Java, and C++, and I adapt my teaching style to suit both beginners and advanced learners. My lessons are structured, clear, and filled with coding demonstrations. I focus on building a solid foundation in algorithms, functions, and object-oriented programming. Debugging and problem-solving are core parts of my sessions, as I believe they sharpen critical thinking. I also use real-world projects to show how code works outside of theory. For exam preparation, I guide students through past paper practice and timed problem sets. Many of my learners enjoy the balance between theory and hands-on application. I use real-life scenarios, such as building simple applications or automating everyday tasks, to make programming more practical and engaging. Debugging is introduced early as a normal part of the learning process, helping students understand that errors are opportunities for improvement rather than obstacles.
I focus on developing curiosity and encouraging students to experiment with their own ideas. For exam-focused learners, I provide structured practice and past-paper questions to strengthen preparation. For project-based learners, I offer step-by-step guidance in designing, building, and refining their applications.
