About Bulelwa
As I said earlier that I have been in education , although I started very late in this sector of education,I am now in in mid 50, I have that motherly element. I love children. Teaching is not about presenting a lesson only but also to understand the nature of children you are dealing with. Understand their different backgrounds. Nurturing is also important. We are living in a diverse world where we experience different behaviours, cultures and norms. Being a teacher ,you have to understand the content of the lesson but children have their independent minds. They must be allowed to be active participant. A centred participating classroom is key. We are all roleplayers.

Teacher is not a preacher, there should be engagement.As a teacher you might learn as well. Starting a classroom lesson should be based on baseline, checking the know and not know. This can be a question type of activity. The team work (group work ) giving learners to analyse or give short description of something which some of activities lead in introduction of a new lesson. It's also important to come up with various method or activities that will entise our learning environment.
