About Katie
A fully trained and highly qualified Dance Teacher who makes all students, regardless of their ability, feel included and inspired to improve in every class. After 16 years of teaching Dance, as well as Barre, and Dance Fitness for all ages in various schools across Australia, Canada and New Zealand, I would describe my teaching style as fun yet highly technical and focused on bringing out the best performance qualities in each dancer.

The beginning of each class sets you up for success - this is your time to try various progressions that prime your body and build a solid technical foundation, such as correct alignment and musicality. Class choreography will then be tailored to you in a fun way to embrace your authentic artistry and style! Dance is my biggest passion. I am open to teaching all levels, particularly if you’ve danced before and want to pick it up again.
