About Elias
I’ve been working with young students for eight years. I started as a one-to-one to severely autistic children. My next career, as a behavior-intervention-implementer, brought opportunities to connect with both SpEd and GenEd students. Direct experience in the field had me leading lessons, implementing accommodations, and becoming the ultimate cheerleader. I’m very empathetic, so I naturally formed trusting connections that helped my students want to learn.

Now, I’m dedicated to providing an empathetic, smooth journey through school so students can learn with the passion and confidence they deserve.
