About Mary
Hello!
My name is Mary and I'm glad you've stopped by! I am a mom of three, a military wife, and a cottage baker. I bake everything from breads to cookies, from cakes to candies and fillings. I enjoy being able to create great tasting treats for clients and am excited to be able to teach people what works for me.
Aside from baking, I am a bartender and have an extensive knowledge of mixology which I feel helps me create new and exciting flavors in my baking. I also like to hike, watch my son play soccer (while the other two aspire to play as well), stream the new next thing on Netflix and HULU, and I listen to a lot of music.
I look forward to getting to know you!

I have had a cottage bakery since 2021 and graduated in 2023. I am going to be able to teach you baker's math, measurement conversions, and walk through recipes to ensure you are getting that great crunch or crumb the recipe requires.
