We can directly switch to the issue without wasting time in lesser important topics at the same time we can go for in depth learning to slowly build up interest in the subject that appears boring!

I encourage very very transparent two way interactive sessions rather than 1 way lectures!

As we develop interest in the subject its going to lead us to active learning that stays with us forever!
