About Robert
As a former child actor turned writer, documentary researcher, and educator, I’ll be the first to admit: I wasn’t exactly the average kid. Days at school would often clash with days on set. But despite my fast success, it was just as important to get a proper education. I later graduated from Brown University with a double major in both history and film, and as these years have passed, I’ve come to realize just how crucial certain role models proved to be. The help of my own mentors led me down a path I couldn’t be prouder to have embarked upon, and I hope to provide the same source of trust and guidance for my students.

As a tutor, I seek to provide students the resources and sense of support I was fortunate enough to receive. Each and every student deserves a tailor-made experience, a guide to help them recognize their strengths and implement them to maximum efficacy at a place that will challenge them in the best ways. Both my extensive training in executive functioning skills and my time as a teacher in one-to-one learning environments have allowed me to help my students combat feelings of anxiety or doubt, and help them carve out the best path for their future possible -- whether they be starting middle school or deep into the college application process.
