About Apurva
Hello there! My name is Apurva, and I graduated from California State University with a master's in Computer Science. I am a working professional with more than 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer. I have 3 years of teaching experience in Data Structures and Algorithms, Python programming, MATLAB and Advanced Artificial Intelligence labs. I’ve also worked directly with small focus groups of 5-7 students. I’ve also held tutoring and doubt clearing sessions post my classes to help with homework and extra understanding of lecture notes. I’ve also helped students with their doubts regarding other Computer science topics like Database (SQL), C/C++, Java, Statistics etc.

Hello there! My name is Apurva, and I graduated from California State University with a master's in Computer Science. I am a working professional with more than 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer. During my years in college, I realized that I excelled in the subjects where I had good professors, irrespective of whether they were my favorite subjects or not. Since then I started helping my friends and other students in college to make learning interesting. I use lesson plans to introduce my topic in a creative way and then extend further on the material. I understand the need for practical applications and projects, and I always ensure that they work on those to hone their programming skills. Of course, this method can be adjusted based on the subject and student’s individual needs.
