About Aleah
My name is Ms. Tanner. I am currently a Special Education teacher in an elementary school in Texas. I have a 10-year-old daughter in the fourth grade. I am a 2x graduate of Prairie View A&M University. I graduated with a bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Special Education in May 2020, and with a Master's in Special Education in August 2022. I am currently certified in the following areas: Special Education K-12, Core Early Childhood-6, ESL, Pedagogy and Professional Responsibilities EC-12, and Science of Teaching Reading. I absolutely love my job in every aspect, and love to seechildren succeed academically.

Lessons are individualized to meet students where they are at. They are lessons that connect to life and will make learning fun to provide a positive retention rate. These lessons are for elementary school kids. What sets me apart as a tutor is that I am a special education teacher, my job is to individualize lessons daily to help students progress in certain academic skills that they have challenges with.
