About Σίσσυ
I explore voice, breath, rhythm, organic movement, body percussion, and konnakol (Indian Rhythmic Singing), intertwining them to enrich artistic expression, expand comfort zones, and connect. These elements are pivotal in my practice as their therapeutic potentials create a fertile ground for anything else to bloom. Rhythms are particularly fascinating for me for their emotional reflection, relief, and transformative power. I prioritize fostering a healthy approach to performing arts training through trust, respect, and support-building, to reveal the transformative potential of artistic expression. Overall, I constantly aim to create inclusive, inspiring, and enjoyable environments where curiosity, openness, and playful experimentation can flourish through creative dialogue.

A human-centric approach, caring for the well-being of the participants and their enjoyment during the lesson. Personalized methods for all levels and needs. Together we can also dive into multidisciplinary explorations, playful activities for groups/families, team-building activities, therapeutic approaches (such as the use of breath and voice as a tool to move freely, the use of rhythm to enrich movement vocabulary, etc.) Our main focus will be to achieve any personal goal through unwinding and enjoying the process =)
